About me

I trained as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor at the highly respected CPPD facility in North London.

I have professional experience with clients of all ages, ethnicities, faiths, sexualities, disabilities and genders.

I am a registered member of the BACP, and all my work is informed by their SCoPEd Framework to protect the needs, interests and confidentiality of my clients.

I have further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Short-Term Psychotherapy, Trauma & PTSD and Psychopathology.

Currently working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant for the Able Futures Mental Health Support Service.
